The following are the course requirements necessary to receive a diploma from Adrian High School. Certain transfer students may have, at the request of the administration, course requirements waived by the Board of Directors, but the Board may not waive State requirements. The “Units of Credit” as listed are defined by the State of Oregon as, “certification of a student’s successful completion of classroom or equivalent work in a course of at least 130 clock hours. Credit will be issued and recorded on permanent records for each ½ unit of credit on receipt of a “D” grade or better. Credit recorded for less than ½ unit of credit will be special circumstances such as the course being designed for ¼ credit or in special transfer cases.
