• New LED Lighting in old Gym, Cafeteria Area, Kitchen, and Maintenance/Tech office

  • 15 Metaluk high bay LED fixtures, with occupancy sensors, surface mount brackets, and no requirement of wire guards. Removal of existing fixtures.

  • 19 Kitchen 2 Lamp light fixtures for retrofit. Change out the T8 florescent lamps for LED 4' lamps. Direct wired.

  • 10 Cafeteria 150 watt LED high bay fixtures, with occupancy sensors, chain hangar mounted, and repowered from existing power outlets. Remove existing fixtures.

  • 8 - 2 lamp retrofit conversion in Maintenance/Tech office. This will be from existing T12 lamps to LED direct 4' tubes.

  • Move Boys bathroom to the South side of the main hallway.

  • New everything, toilets, sinks, solid surface wall surround, powder coated stalls, waterproof vinyl plank flooring, drywall all necessary dispensers, electrical, painting, ADA compliant.

  • Does not include building permit or engineering if needed.
